The Navigation Program addresses the needs of all members of a household, helping residents apply for a wide range of programs and services all in one location. Navigators are highly trained in various application requirements for food and nutrition programs, financial assistance, medical assistance programs, childcare subsidies, energy and rental assistance, and housing vouchers, among others. Navigators are available 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday- Friday, at various locations throughout the County.
