In this first phase of the Montgomery County EV Purchasing Cooperative Pilot Program (EVPC), the County is soliciting EV purchase pledges that will demonstrate local demand for EVs. Residents and businesses can take a pledge to make their next vehicle purchase or lease electric to reduce transportation pollution and help the County meet its ambitious greenhouse gas reduction goals. As the program evolves, we can leverage this purchasing power to negotiate favorable EV purchase incentives from dealers in the area.
