To obtain a copy of a speakers list prior to the public hearing, please contact the Public Hearing Line at 240.777.7803; the list is posted online 3 hours prior to the hearing at the link referenced below under the heading Today's Speakers List (PDF). During a public hearing, the speakers list is available at the bookcases located in the back of the hearing and conference rooms. After the public hearing, testimony and copies of the speakers list are available through the Legislative Information Services Office.
