This free program is for Caremark employees and Retirees who have been diagnosed with Diabetes. Caremark will now require members to fill all diabetic prescriptions and supplies at retail CVS locations or through mail order. Members will also be eligible to receive the new Glooko machine and smartphone app which will monitor glucose readings. As well as eligibility to receive two free monitoring Minute Clinic visits per year.
