All employees should use the Self-Service Benefits system to make their Open Enrollment changes beginning Monday, October 9, 2023. Changes and corrections of selections must be made before the closure of Open Enrollment on October 27, 2023 at 5:00 PM EST. For assistance, use the self-help tutorials called "UPKs" and access the 2024 Open Enrollment Home Page.

Note: Health insurance plans that are not changed will continue to show earlier effective dates.
