Building Energy Benchmarking Law - Deadlines

Benchmarking data must be reported to DEP annually by June 1st of each year.

Montgomery County's Benchmarking Law requires public and privately-owned buildings 25,000 gross square feet and larger to benchmark their annual energy use into ENERGY STAR's Portfolio Manager and disclose those data to the County.
