The (Maryland) statewide LOCATE: Child Care service (formerly Child Care Resource and Referral Center or LOCATE) can assist parents in choosing their own child care provider. The State wide LOCATE can discuss child care needs and send a list of licensed child care providers to interested persons. LOCATE Child Care can assist finding child care programs that accept child care subsidy vouchers, or child care programs that offer other financial assistance through scholarships, sibling discounts or other methods as well as offer assistance finding evening and/or weekend care.
