Linkages to Learning (LL) is an initiative among the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS); Montgomery County Public Schools and non-profit community providers. The program focuses on improving the well being of Montgomery County's children and families by providing school based services that support success at home, in school and in the community. LL may provide or make referrals to mental health; health and social services. LL serves children and families at elementary and middle schools with high rates of poverty in Montgomery County.
