AccessMCG (FIN Payroll) - Employee - Updates or Changes to Direct Deposit Account Information

To update or change direct deposit account information login to AccessMCG, Employee Self-Service, ?Pay Method? and update information. Direct deposit information may also be updated in the following ways after completion of the Direct Deposit Authorization form: submit in person to the Department of Finance, Payroll Office, Executive Office Building, 101 Monroe Street, 8th Floor, Rockville, MD 20850; fax to: 240.777.8843; mail to: 101 Monroe Street, 8th Floor, Attn. Payroll Section, Rockville, MD. 20850. Identification is required with all methods of submission. Please include a copy with submission.

Do not cancel or close the old account where paychecks are currently being deposited until it has been verified that paychecks are being credited to the new account.
