Montgomery County is providing down payment assistance for eligible first-time homebuyers through two programs. Both are accepting reservations and are available to help eligible homebuyers who purchase a moderately-priced home in the County.

Reservations will be awarded to qualified applicants on a first come, first served basis until the funds are fully committed.

The MEDPAL is provided to help first-time homebuyers purchase a home in Montgomery County by offering a Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP) first loan and MEDPAL down payment assistance as a second lien in the form of a zero percent loan. Find more information from the link(s) below.
