Our outreach team is available to meet with community groups, homeowner associations, civic organizations, and other local groups to provide a detailed overview of how MC311 can help connect residents with vital county services. This in-person presentation is ideal for groups interested in learning more about MC311's role in assisting with non-emergency county services, including trash collection, permitting, public health resources, and more. We are here to ensure that our residents know how to quickly and efficiently access County resources. In addition to in-person presentations, we can also provide handouts and promotional materials to county departments and organizations to help inform residents about the 311 Service.
