Open Enrollment System Error for Current Dependents

If an employee needs to re-enroll a dependent who was removed during the 2021 Bolton recertification process, you must submit an SR in order to receive access to the online Enrollment Form. When enrolling new dependents the appropriate documentation is required. Dependents already having coverage prior to 2024 do not need additional documentation.
