The Latino Health Initiative (LHI) Family Reunification program, in partnership with Identity, Inc., provides free culturally based family reunification workshops and coaching sessions to Montgomery County parents/caregivers and their adolescent children who have been separated due to migratory circumstances and connects participants to community resources.
