Complaint Regarding a Water Bill

WSSC is a self-governing agency and complaints should be made directly to them [see link below]. However, if you've complained to WSSC and are not satisfied, OCP can attempt to resolve your dispute with WSSC even though we have no ability to compel an outcome.
