The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is sponsoring a series of classes provided by the Washington Area Bicycle Association (WABA) to teach adults how to ride bicycles and e-scooters.
The cost is $10 for Montgomery County residents, and there is no fee for WABA and Capital Bikeshare members. Class size is limited and fills up quickly.
