Envision Payment Solutions is an organization that the Montgomery County, MD Department of Finance works with when a resident has received notification from their bank that their check was returned. Envision will call taxpayers to let them know that their payment was returned, why the payment was returned, and will attempt to collect on the returned item. Therefore, Montgomery County taxpayers should be advised that this company is a legitimate contractor with the County.

In providing a check as payment, you authorize electronic representment if your check should return unpaid. Also, you authorize service charges and processing fees as allowed by state law to be debited from the same account via paper draft or electronic funds transfer.
