In accordance with a requirement under the Affordable Care Act, (ACA) Non-Medicare retirees insured with Kaiser will receive a Form 1095-B directly from Kaiser. Non-Medicare retirees do not need to wait to receive these forms to file their tax return.

The retiree should receive the form via the mail by March 15 each year. This form will not be available electronically. If Kaiser Non-Medicare retiree participants do not receive a 1095-B by March 15 or have questions, call Kaiser at 1-844-477-0450.
