There is no charge for the classes and seminars through the County's sponsored MPDU and First-Time Homebuyer classes taught by the Greater Washington Urban League (GWUL). However, if a person decides to take one of the First-Time Homebuyer classes by an agency other than county's sponsored agency, they may have to pay the fee charged by that agency.
