Repairs to County-maintained roadways will be inspected by a Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Services representative to determine corrective action. Road repairs requested as the result of a utility cut(s), should use the topic Submit a Complaint to the Department of Permitting Services.

If the road is a numbered route such as Rte. 355, 117, please contact Maryland State Highway at 301.513.7300 OR 410.582.5650 (out of normal business hours). The Operations Center is 800.543.2515. DOT does not repair roads belonging to municipalities such as the City of Rockville (240.314.8500) or Gaithersburg (301.258.6370).
