Eligibility for the CNR program is based on household income. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CNR PROGRAM PARTICIPATION: Application, Government issued ID, Proof of Income and Proof of Residence in Montgomery County, and (Disability Form - Only for AGES 18-62) is required.

Eligibility for SDA (component of CNR program) is based on Active MetroAccess Card. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SDA PROGRAM PARTICIPATION: Application, Current/Active MetroAccess Card, Proof of Residence in Montgomery County and Government issued ID is required.

If a client has met the criteria and provided all the required documentation, they will be approved for the program and a welcome letter with Call-n-Ride Participants' User Guides will be mailed. This will be followed within one week by a Call-n-Ride swipe card and monthly payment coupon form. Clients can add money to the Swipe Card and start using it utilizing transportation services offered by MC Taxicab companies as soon as we have received and applied the payment and County's subsidy to the card.
