Short Term Residential Rental Law

A short-term residential rental is defined as the occupancy of a dwelling for a fee for less than 30 consecutive days. Property owners must pay a fee of $325.00 for an annual license, as well as pay the County's room rental transient tax through the Department of Finance, Division of Treasury.
