CNR swipe cards are non-transferable. CNR swipe cards may only be used by the CNR participants; no exceptions. Participants cannot share or allow any other person/family member to take trips using the swipe card. However, another individual can accompany the CNR participant during the trip. Taxicab regulations allow taxicabs to charge $1 extra for the additional passenger (Fare + $1). Violation of this policy or swipe card abuse may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program.
