Cancel a Department of Permitting Service Permit, License or Certificate

To cancel a permit, submit a request to the Department of Permitting Services that includes the permit type, permit number, permit address, reason for cancellation, and the requester?s phone number and email. A written statement signed by the property owner is also required. Send the request by mail to 2425 Reedie Drive, 7th Floor, Wheaton, MD 20902, or by email to [email protected]. The Department of Permitting Services will review the request and respond by email.
