This has changed effective July 1, 2019. There are 5 scattered sites teams established who are complete re-certifications and collect rent. Tenants are assigned to a specific team. Tenants should know which team they belong to but if they are unsure they can call HOC Call Center at 240.627.9400 or email at help@hocmc.org.

If rent is paid to the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC), HOC tenants can drop off their rent either at East Deer Park (EDP) or Silver Spring HOC offices. EDP address: 231 East Deer Park, Gaithersburg, 240.627.9489. Silver Spring address: 880 Bonifant Street, Silver Spring, 240.627.9793. HOC tenants may pay their rent online by visiting HOC's website by clicking on the link below. Tenants may dial 1.866.804.2894 to pay their rent over the phone. For all other inquiries, please call your Scattered Sites Team.
