Yellow Bin Delivery/Pick-up

Residents who are part of the curbside exemption program have yellow bins instead of blue bins for their recycling. The yellow bin serves as a visual reminder to the collection crews that the trash/recycling isn't at the curb and the crew will have to go to the house to collect the material. Without a yellow bin visible from the curb, the crew will assume that the resident simply didn't have anything to collect this week. Residents are given yellow bins as part of the curbside exemption interview/approval process. Exempt residents may call asking for a new yellow bin if theirs is damaged or if they are producing more recycling than one bin can contain. Only approved curbside exempt residents may have yellow recycling bins.

Due to verification requirements that can only be conducted by a Customer Service Representative at MC311, an online service request cannot be created online for this service. Please call 311 to request a yellow bin or make a curbside exemption request.
