Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) had a single family rehabilitation loan program that ended in the early 2010's. At this time, DHCA is not accepting new applications to participate in the Single-Family Rehabilitation Loan Program.

Montgomery County currently only has 2 rehabilitation programs - the Energy Efficiency upgrade program and the Design for Life program to provide accessibility upgrades, but other resources are available from nonprofits.
