MCG is changing retiree direct billing vendors effective September 1, 2025 from Voya to Flexible Benefit Administrators (FBA). This change impacts retirees who are not receiving a pension and full-scope temporary employees who pay their monthly premiums to MCG's third party direct billing vendor. This change does not impact those who pay through payroll or pension deduction. August will be the last month that payments should be made to Voya. September payments must be made to FBA. A welcome letter from FBA will be mailed to impacted member homes the week of 7/15/2025. Please refer to the welcome letter from FBA for details and contact FBA directly with any questions.
