DHCA's Housing Code Office will respond to and investigate complaints related to short-term residential rental and bed and breakfast properties as described in the DHCA Housing and Building Code Enforcement Handbook (see link below) and evaluate for property safety and maintenance conditions. Notices of violations for health and safety and maintenance code violations may be issued, as well as civil citations for any uncorrected or repeated violations.
