Siebel CRM Dashboard and Query Training

Siebel CRM Dashboard and Query Training equips county employees with the necessary skills to effectively navigate department service request performance dashboards and create customized data queries. Participants will learn how to access and interpret key metrics related to service requests, generate reports, and utilize data to monitor progress and outcomes. Additionally, the training will cover how to create customized data queries, filter results, and export data for reporting or presentation purposes.

County employees can request dashboard and query training by clicking the "Create Service Request" button below. In the appropriate fields, enter the employee name, contact phone, and county email address. In the "Brief Description" field, include the name of your department, service, or program. The training is conducted virtually. Please allow at least 3 days' lead time to ensure that your department has requested a user account on your behalf.
