Montgomery County Government employees can earn up to $350 per year through the Virgin Pulse incentive program. These rewards are considered additional income and are taxed when they are EARNED. The amount of rewards earned is displayed as "Live Well Rewards" in the "Hours and Earnings" section of the employees' paystub usually on the 2nd payroll of the month.

The Virgin Pulse reward amounts are not included in employees pay; only the taxes on the reward amount, therefore, employees may notice a reduction in their net pay when the Virgin Pulse rewards are included.
