The Dental Care Program is for those pregnant women who are in the maternity partnership program. If an individual is not currently in the maternity case management program and would like to apply, apply for Medicaid and Maternity Partnership through Maryland Health Care. If a woman is already eligible and needs to schedule an appointment, contact the Dental Program at: 240.777.1875. The office is located at: 1401 Rockville Pike, Suite 300 North, Rockville, 20852. Office hours are from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please, no walk ins.
