An appeal must be filed in writing with the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB or Board), typically within 10 working days of receiving a notice of action. Appeals should be filed online at the Board's website using the Appeal Form located on the website. Appeals may also be mailed to the MSPB at 100 Maryland Ave., Rm. 113, Rockville, MD 20850. When the Board office is closed appeals will be deemed to have been filed the Board's next business day.
