All bed and breakfast and short-term residential rentals need to be licensed by the Department of Housing and Community Affairs, according to the Montgomery County Code, Chapter 54, Article III. Notices of violations have gone out to unlicensed facilities. If you have received notice, please apply for a license online (link below) as soon as possible to comply.
