Montgomery County's Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Program offers affordable rental MPDU units in apartment communities throughout the County. Persons interested in the MPDU rental program must apply directly to the MPDU apartment community of their choice. The management company at the apartment community will give you an application, verify your income and credit history, and determine eligibility or ineligibility based on the established MPDU regulations for rental units outlined in the first link below. Each leasing office has its application submission systems (online or in person); contact them for instructions. Refer to the second link to view or print the list of apartment complexes with MPDUs.

The DHCA MPDU Office does not maintain a list of current vacancies, provide applications, or track the status of submitted applications?all related questions should go to the rental/leasing office.
