Locked out of Active Montgomery County, Forgot User Id and/or Password

A customer will be locked out of their Active Montgomery account after five failed attempts. Active Montgomery will automatically unlock the account after three minutes. Customers can also reset their username and password by clicking on the appropriate link on the Active Montgomery log in page.
