Voting Rights Restoration in Maryland

Voting rights may be restored for people convicted of some crimes. To determine if an individual qualifies to have voting rights restored, please contact the clerk's office of the court where the trial was held, as well as the Division of Parole and Probation within the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Corrections Services or a comparable agency in which the person was convicted.
