Applications for Vote-by-Mail (Absentee) Ballot must be submitted for each successive Election Cycle unless the voter opts to be placed on the permanent Vote-by-Mail (Absentee) list, thereby eliminating the need to submit applications for subsequent Election Cycles. Also, Vote-by-Mail (Absentee) Application gives voters an option to request a ballot for either the Primary or General Election or for both the Primary and General Elections.
