Rapid Re-Housing is a housing intervention model provided to eligible homeless households in Montgomery County. These households are assessed for services through Health and Human Services, Services to Prevent and End Homelessness (SEPH or Emergency Services). Rapid Re-housing services are provided by SEPH directly and through contractors, and typically provide a continuum of care.
