Common Ownership Community (COC) Registration fees are $6.50/unit. If a COC is currently registered, a renewal invoice will automatically be mailed to the Agent on or by July 1st of the new registration year. Renewal invoices will include instructions for online payments by credit cards or eCheck; however, online payments for the next year cannot be made until July 1st of the new registration year. An AccessMCG account is required to make online payments. Mailed payments should be sent to: PO Box 5568, Binghamton, NY 13902-5568.
