Frequent questions include: Delivering money to the commissary/how to deposit money to an account; price list for commissary items; money drop off to and account during daytime hours; forms of accepted payment (The Department of Corrections does not accept wire or Western Union funds); inmate access to funds; inability to disclose inmate financial information to family members and/or friends; no limitation on money on an account; processing and posting funds to an account (requests are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month); obtaining money upon inmate release; and how an inmate can release all or part of their funds by completing a money release request.
