If the resident's tax returns were filed by June, (of the previous year) their EIC check will be mailed at the end of July.
If resident's taxes were filed July through the end of September, (of the previous year) their EIC check will be mailed at the end of October.
If resident's taxes were filed October through the end of December, (of the previous year) their EIC check will be mailed at the end of January.
