The Department of Technology and Enterprise Business Solutions (TEBS) provides enterprise technology solutions, policies, and guidance to Montgomery County Government. TEBS strives for a fully integrated enterprise in which all departments and offices have the ability to utilize reliable, accurate, and secure information to perform the government services and functions essential to the citizens of Montgomery County. TEBS service areas include information technology (IT) governance, business continuity, information management, security strategy, artificial intelligence (AI) innovation, technology acquisition, broadband, and cable affairs. The TEBS Office of Broadband Programs (OBP) supports FiberNet, MoCoNet, Montgomery Connect, and County Cable Montgomery, among other programs. TEBS OBP is located at 100 Maryland Avenue, Rockville, MD 20850; office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. TEBS OBP may be reached by phone at (240) 777-3717.
