The Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) has designated housing for low-income elderly (ages 62 or older) and disabled households. Interested parties may apply for HOC's Public Housing programs. The entrance to the new HOC Service Center and parking are on Columbus Avenue, not Gramercy Blvd.
