The TESS Center is open and working on a hybrid schedule of combined virtual service and in-office days, on a limited basis for triage (screening) and brief information on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Afternoon appointments are available for applications, and more in-depth work, both virtual and in -person. The Center is closed all day on Mondays, and on Friday afternoons, although staff telework. Note, information about the Standby Guardianship (STBG) program is offered at TESS on Thursdays by appointment (call the main line). STBG staff can meet with individual clients, assist with guidance and completion of emergency family planning and STBG forms (appointments and walk-ins). The program is free for those who reside in Montgomery County.
