Voted Absentee Ballot by Mail In - Not Mailed - Drop Off at Polling Place

The voted Vote-by-Mail (Absentee) Ballot must either be brought to the Board of Elections (BOE) office, polling place, deposited in designated Election Drop Box or mailed in. If it is placed in a designated Drop-Box, it must be placed in the Drop-Box prior to 8:00 PM on Election Day; If it is mailed, it must be postmarked no later than Primary Election Day May 14, 2024 and received at the BOE no later than 10:00 AM on May 17, 2024. The Address of the Board is: 18753, Suite 210, N. Frederick Ave., Gaithersburg, MD. 20879. If the Vote-by-Mail (Absentee) is delivered in person, the ballot must be received at the BOE or at a polling place no later than 8:00 PM on Election Day.

Vote-by-Mail (Absentee) Ballots may now be delivered to Early Voting Centers during the early voting period or to polling places on Election Day.
