Income Support Case Manager; Supervisor or Office Complaint All Offices

Use this article only when someone has a complaint about an income support caseworker; supervisor or an office complaint. Do not use this for customers complaining about the process of applying or recertifying for benefits (food stamps; Cash assistance; Medicaid). When assigning the SR with this KBA the complaint will be routed to Rockville; Silver Spring; Germantown and Calhoun office managers. The correct manager for the office where the complaint is being lodged will status the SR.
