If a patient has Care for Kids, contact: 240.777.1875 to schedule an appointment. The Office is located at: 1401 Rockville Pike, Suite 300 North, Rockville, 20852. Office hours are from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The Office does not take walk ins.
