Reporting a Breach or Lost or Stolen Health and Human Services Client Information

To report a breach or lost or stolen DHHS client information, including electronic information issues, customers may contact the County Security Official at 240.777.2955. If the Security Official can't be reached, County employees can also call the IT Help Desk at 7.2828. Explain that assistance is needed to address a security incident involving DHHS client information.
