Log into the user's "Alert Montgomery" account. Click "Edit" in the "My Alert" Subscription box. Click on the blue "+" next to" Montgomery County Public Schools" to expand the selection. Check to see if the box is checked next to "Send Me Alerts for These Schools" (206). If this box is checked, all schools will be selected individually as well as the Spanish alerts. If checked, uncheck it and then click the blue "+" to further expand the subscription.

To receive general school system notifications such as School closings: Check "Alert MCPS ALL". To get alerts from individual schools, simply click the box next to the school.
