They have access to the State income support system, MD Think, and can provide updates and generate work orders for questions for the local HHS offices on programs such as food stamps (SNAP); Medicaid; Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA); and Temporary Disability Assistance Program (TDAP).
The DHS Call Center can also be contacted for: information about Child Support; Child Protective Services; Energy Assistance; Sun Bucks and many other programs offered in the State of Maryland through local offices (note: P-EBT was replaced with Sun Bucks).
